• Prior to enrolment in the program each sales person will be interviewed to determine his/her potential for success in the program.
• The Business Performance Group does not accept the enrolment of sales people lacking the desire and attitude deemed necessary for success in the program.
• After being accepted into the program the sales person will receive a four hour skills, knowledge, and personality evaluation. This evaluation will help the coach focus on specific areas of improvement.
• The first workshop the sales person will attend will consist of a full day program we call Quick Start. This workshop will provide a foundation for all future training.
• We teach the sales people what is "Humanly Possible", and to think and work beyond the scope of their experience.
• The sales coach will meet monthly with senior management to review the progress of each sales person, report on future training, and to co-ordinate corporate goals and objectives with the sales training and coaching program.
• Each sales person competes for monthly sales awards ranging from $20 to $250.
• Upon completion of the program and having reached the program goal, each sales person will earn a luxury vacation for two, sponsored by the Business Performance Group.
• Past and future locations include cruises to Alaska, Mexico, Caribbean, Mediterranean Sea, Panama Canal and destinations such as Mayan Riviera, Thailand, Hong Kong, Europe, Tahiti, Hawaii. |
